Benedictine Abbey Saint Heribert, Reconstructed Building of the 1970s
The square ground plan of the former monastery is due to its location on top of the northeastern corner of Fort Divitia: The ancient walls were used as the foundations of the medieval building. After its destruction during the Second World War, the monastery was rebuilt, with the facade reflecting the original appearance of the building.
